The 47th Edition of the India Carpet Expo, organised by the Carpet Export Promotion Council (CEPC) is scheduled from 15-18 October 2024 at Carpet Expo Mart, Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, India. Bhadohi, renowned as the ‘Carpet City,’ is home to South Asia’s largest hand-knotted carpet weaving industry and has been honored as the “Town of Excellence” by the Government of India. The expo will feature over 250 exhibitors from key carpet-producing regions such as Bhadohi, Mirzapur, Varanasi, Agra, Jaipur, Panipat, and Srinagar. They will showcase a diverse array of handmade carpets, rugs, and other floor coverings, attracting buyers from over 60 countries.
