Consulate working hours are 09:00 hrs to 17:30 hrs. The Consulate opens for the public at 9.30 am and closes at 12.00 in the noon.  Applications for various services are accepted only between these hours (with online appointment)

All the passports, OCI and PIO cards are delivered only by post except  for tatkal and emergency services.

The Consulate is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and certain other public holidays (Click here to know the list of public holidays observed by the Consulate).
