2. Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM), Delhi, October 10-11, 2019

As you would be kindly aware that Council for Leather Exports (CLE) with its membership strength of 3500 companies, is the apex organisation under the aegis of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt of India, to promote the export of leather and leather products and footwear. 

The Council regularly participates in international trade fairs and organises Buyer Seller Meets abroad towards facilitating B2B meetings with the Indian exporters and foreign importers and thereby enhancing India's export share in the global market.

As part of export promotional activities, approved by Govt of India, the CLE is organizing the following two RBSMs :

 1. RBSM in Kolkata September 25-26, 2019 - the Council will be inviting 40 buyers of Leather Goods/Accessories/Industrial Gloves/Fashion Gloves from all over the world. 

 2. RBSM in Delhi, October 10-11, 2019 -  the Council will be inviting 60 buyers of Footwear & Leather Products from all over the world. 

The basic objective for organizing the RBSM by inviting potential overseas buyers is to promote the capabilities & developments of Indian Leather & Leather Products Industry as a major sourcing destination and facilitate B2B meetings between Indian Exporters and overseas buyers for sourcing leather products from India, establishing marketing tie-ups and exploring business collaborations and joint venture agreements.

The Highlights of the RBSMs is given below :

RBSM, Kolkata

1. The RBSM, Kolkata will be held for 02 days (Sept 25-26, 2019) at Hotel ITC Sonar Bangla, Kolkata on the occasion of the India Leather & Accessories Fair 2019, Sept 25-27, 2019.

    2. Council is inviting the Buyers byreimbursingeconomy return airfare subject to ceiling and providing 02 nights stay in a 5 Star Hotel (bed & breakfast only)

    3. Indian Companies will be exhibitingLeather Goods – Bags, Wallets, Belts, Industrial Gloves, Fashion Gloves, small accessories etcin the India Leather & Accessories Fair 2019, Kolkata

RBSM, Delhi

1.The RBSM, Delhi will be held in a Five Star Hotel  for two days during October 10-11, 2019

    2. Council is inviting the Buyers byreimbursingeconomy return airfare subject to ceiling and providing 02 nights stay in a 5 Star Hotel (bed & breakfast only)

    3. Around 50-70 Indian Companies will be exhibiting a mix of products,Footwear, Leather Goods, Industrial Gloves, Fashion Gloves ,  Leather Garments, Saddlery & Harness etc at the RBSM.

Buyer Profile Format :

The Buyer Profile format is enclosed herewith.  We request to kindly disseminate the same among the Leather related Industry Associations/Leather Goods Association/Footwear Association. The interested buyers may fill up the form and send to the Council.

We also request you to kindly recommend names of Two or Three potential buyers who are keen to source (Leather & Non-Leather Footwear, Leather Apparel, Leather Goods & Accessories and Leather Gloves, Saddlery & Harness from India.

The Complimentary package will be confirmed to only one Executive and he/she should be a Director/Senior Executive of the Importing Company.
