The diaspora is a living bridge between nations, connecting cultures, traditions and shared values. To strengthen this, Consulate General of India, Birmingham, in collaboration with the Indian community, organised an event to promote India’s vibrant culture and rich knowledge traditions among the diaspora. Acting Consul General Mr Aman Bansal highlighted key Government of India initiatives including Bharat Ko Janiye , Know India Programme , scholarships for the diaspora, Migration & Mobility schemes and Pravasi Bharatiya Divas , and urged greater diaspora participation to expand outreach and contribute to collective growth and progress.
