Addressing a diverse audience of international buyers, trade representatives and industry stakeholders, Dr. Murugan spoke about the expansive opportunities opening up in the wake of the India–UK Free Trade Agreement (FTA). He emphasised that India’s rich tradition of craftsmanship, coupled with its rapidly modernising manufacturing ecosystem, offers immense potential for British and global businesses seeking high-quality, sustainable, and competitively priced products.
