India’s engineering exports to the UK reached $4.01 billion in 2024–25, accounting for a 3.4% share and making the UK India’s sixth-largest export destination—highlighting strong growth potential. On 4th June 2025, Consul General Dr. Venkatachalam Murugan inaugurated the India Pavilion at Subcon, the UK’s largest manufacturing supply chain show, organized by EEPC INDIA. The event showcased big opportunities for UK investors, with over 25 Indian exhibitors displaying a wide range of engineering products.
