Mr. S.M. Chakraborty, Acting Consul General of India, Birmingham, spoke about the contributions of a Centre in promoting inter-faith and inter-disciplinary understanding & exchange of ideas at the Launch Of Centre for Sikh & Punjabi Studies at University of Wolverhampton on 8th March, 2018. He also presented a token of appreciation to Dr. Opinderjit Kaur Takhar, Head of Religious Studies, Director, Centre for Sikh and Panjabi Studies,University of Wolverhampton,& congratulated the entire team of the University of Wolverhamptom for opening the UK's first Centre for Sikh and Panjabi Studies at the University of Wolverhampton.
