The Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH), New Delhi, India has successfully organised the participation in “Spring Fair International” from 05-09 February 2017 at National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham, U.K. in association with Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.

Acting Consul General Mr S.M Chakraborty inaugurated the ‘’EPCH India Pavilion’’ and interacted with the Indian handicrafts participants from India. Five National Awardees / Master Craftspersons showcased the live demonstration of Indian traditional handicrafts on Kantha Stitch from Suri Birbhum, West Bengal, Pashmina Work from Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, Paper Mache from Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, Kachhi Work from Kutch, Gujarat and Artistic Textile from Imphal, Manipur in this trade fair under the banner of EPCH.

The live demonstrations of Indian Handicrafts were well organised and appreciated by visitors.
