Note : The sponsorship form/letter has to be signed by the sponsor in the presence of a Consular officer.

Documents to be attached:

1.	Duly filled in Application form. Click here
2.	Duly filled Sponsorship form. Click here
3.	Salary slip or other proof of income.
4.	Valid passport of the sponsor (with a photocopy) and valid visa (in case of Indian nationals).
5.	Proof of ownership of property or accommodation.
6.	Bank statement showing a minimal balance of £2000 or more
7.	Fee - £10
