Consent Letter for Issue of Indian Passport of a child in case of single parent or when one of the parents is in the U.K.

If one of the parents is in the UK, the other parent (who is in India) can apply to the Passport Office in India along with a Consent Letter/ No Objection Letter (from the parent in the UK).
